The Wi-Fi specialist other contractors call
White-label surveys, design, cabling and deployment for AV, security, IT and building-services firms who need RF expertise they don't hold in house — delivered under your name, on your programme.
Why this exists
Wi-Fi turns up inside other people's projects constantly. An AV integrator fitting out a conference centre, a security firm putting wireless cameras across a site, an IT provider refreshing a client's infrastructure, a fit-out contractor whose client has asked a question nobody on the team can answer. In each case the wireless element is small relative to the project and completely outside the team's specialism.
The usual outcomes are both bad. Either it gets specified by rule of thumb and underperforms — which becomes your problem, on your project, in front of your client. Or it gets subcontracted to a Wi-Fi company who then has a relationship with your client.

We do the wireless work under your name. You keep the client, the contract and the commercial relationship. We bring the survey capability, the RF design and, if you want it, the installation.
As much or as little as the project needs
Survey only
We survey and produce the report; you own the design decision and the delivery. Useful when you have installation capability but no RF capability.
Survey and design
A full specification your team can build from — AP schedule, channel plan, cabling schedule and kit list with part numbers.
Design and deliver
We do the lot, including containment, cabling, mounting, commissioning and validation, on your programme and under your name.
How we behave on your client's site
This is the part that decides whether an arrangement like this works, so it's worth being explicit about it.
- We are your team. Unbranded where you need it, introduced as your specialist where that's easier. Your call, agreed before we arrive.
- We don't approach your client. Not during the project, not afterwards. If they contact us directly, we tell you.
- Documentation carries your identity. Reports, drawings and handover packs are produced so they can be issued as yours.
- We work to your programme. Including nights, weekends and phased working, and we tell you early if a date is at risk rather than on the day.
- Site paperwork is in order. RAMS, insurance, inductions, and the accreditations a main contractor or facilities team will ask for — CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor and TrustMark, held through The Specialist Electrical Group.
- We stay in our lane. Wireless is what we do. We're not going to look at your client's CCTV, phone system or IT contract and see an opportunity.
Who this suits
- AV and integration firms — conference centres, meeting-room technology and streaming that depends on wireless nobody has designed
- Security installers — wireless cameras, access control and detection across sites where the network is assumed rather than engineered
- IT providers and MSPs — client refreshes where the wireless element needs a survey your team can't produce
- Fit-out and building-services contractors — where the wireless design has to land alongside the containment and the ceiling programme rather than after it
- Other network and cabling firms — where you have the physical capability and need the RF design behind it
Common questions
Will you approach our client afterwards?
No. It's the whole basis of the arrangement, and it's in writing. If your client contacts us directly we tell you rather than quietly taking the work.
Can reports be issued under our branding?
Yes. Reports, drawings and handover documentation are produced so they can be issued as yours. Agree the format at the start and we'll work to it.
Do you work as a subcontractor on main contracts?
Yes, with the paperwork that implies — RAMS, insurance, inductions, method statements and the accreditations a principal contractor will want to see.
What if we only need advice?
Ring us. A conversation about whether a project needs a survey, and which one, costs nothing. We'd rather be the people you call than the people you avoid calling because it might turn into a quote. If you already have the site detail, the pre-survey questionnaire will get you a price faster than a meeting.
Can you work UK-wide?
Yes. We work on commercial sites across the country.
Got a project with a wireless element you'd rather not guess at?
Tell us what the job is and what you need from us. We'll tell you straight whether it needs a survey, and what it would take.
